Returns/Exchanges

• We have non-returnable policy except the cases where there is manufacturing defect/ damage of some sort, or the product is different from what you ordered. Customers are required to make a 360 degree Package opening video, highlighting the defect within 24 hrs. of receiving the product and email it at kimkhwab.queries@gmail.com.
• We are currently not accepting any exchange queries, except in certain circumstances. Customers are required to make a 360 degree Package opening video, highlighting the reason of exchange within 24 hrs. of receiving the product and email it at kimkhwab.queries@gmail.com.
• The sole discretion of acceptance of claim lies in the hands of seller and shall be communicated through email only.
• We do not provide refunds monetarily. Refunds are only given in the form of Store Credit. Store Credit is the amount of refund given back to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This store credit has a lifetime validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders .
• -In case of Returns within India, No reverse pickup will be charged from buyer. The customer will have to send the parcel back to us after only final acceptance of return communicated via seller through WhatsApp or email. 
• -In case of Exchange, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro.

 

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at Kimkhwab.queries@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
